Nanocor and Nordmann Rassmann Enter Distribution Agreement for Thermoset and Specialty Materials in Europe

Nanocor announced today the successful completion of a long term agreement with Nordmann, Rassmann GmbH to distribute Nanomer® products into the thermoset and specialty thermoplastic markets throughout Europe. Nanocor and Nordmann have been working together for over a year to successfully introduce Nanocor’s products to the German and European market place, the joint effort has resulted in a close working relationship, and early commercial development.

While neither company is willing to discuss specifics of actual sales dollars the following was offered “We are excited and pleased with the commitment shown by Nordmann to our product line, and the early development of commercial applications has been outstanding,” stated Ron Gartner, Sales and Marketing Representative for Nanocor “We are pleased to have finalized an agreement, and look forward to working directly with Nordmann Rassmann and further opening opportunities in Europe.”

Nordmann, Rassmann will be responsible for distribution and development of commercial sales to various thermoset and some thermoplastic markets within greater Europe. The short term focus will be on continued success in introducing the product to their perspective customers, marketing and promotion, and commercial distribution.
